After Hours means any time that falls outside the Partiesnormal Business Hours;
After Hours means outside Regular Hours Monday to Friday, a Saturday, Sunday, statutory and other public holiday or any other day on which the City has elected to be closed for business.

More Definitions of After Hours

After Hours means the hours that are not the Business Hours.
After Hours means from 17:30 - 09:00 hours Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday, including Public Holidays;

As used herein, “Supplemental HVAC Units” shall mean those HVAC units dedicated solely to cooling Tenant’s computer room and laboratory space on a 24/7 basis. Landlord shall not be liable for damages or otherwise for any failure or interruption of any utility or other service furnished to the Premises, and no such failure or interruption shall be deemed an eviction or entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or withhold or xxxxx any rent due hereunder. Landlord shall, upon at least 24 hours prior oral or written notice and during normal business hours (except in case of emergency when no notice shall be required), have free access to the Building and Premises to install, maintain, repair, replace or remove all electrical and mechanical installations of Landlord. Tenant acknowledges that the costs incurred by Landlord related to providing above-standard utilities to Tenant, including, without limitation, telephone lines, may be charged to Tenant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if as a result of the direct actions of Landlord, its employees, contractors or authorized agents, for more than three (3) consecutive business days following written notice to Landlord there is no HVAC or electricity services to all or a portion of the Premises, or such an interruption of other essential utilities and building services, such as fire protection or water, so that all or a portion of the Premises cannot be used by Tenant, then Tenant’s Basic Rent (or an equitable portion of such Basic Rent to the extent that less than all of the Premises are affected) shall thereafter be abated until the Premises are again usable by Tenant; provided, however, that if Landlord is diligently pursuing the rep...
