Network Services Local Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
Network Services Local Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $175 for DS-1 Access Service.

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $120 to $180 for Type 1 and Type 3 DS-1 Access Service. Customer may have no more than 40 unique CLLI codes at the $180 DS1 Access rate. Company reserves the right to monitor network for compliance with this condition and review pricing. Should Customer have more than 40 unique CLLI codes, Company reserves the right to increase the DS1 rate and/or remove the rate and make pricing CLLI code specific.
Network Services Local Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charge of $500 for Type 1 OC-12 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A 1 year term applies.

Network Services Local Access Services. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop of $2,135 for DS-3 Access Service at 1 CLLI code mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The circuit must be installed for a minimum of 60 months (“Service Term”). If Customer terminates the circuit before the end of the Service Term, Company reserves the right to charge the Customer an amount equal to 100% of the monthly recurring charge for each month remaining in the Service Term.
