Elevator Service. If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.
Elevator Service. Landlord shall provide elevator service (which may be with or without operator at Landlord’s option) provided that Tenant, its employees, and all other persons using such services shall do so at their own risk.
Elevator Service. Landlord will provide elevator service to be used by Tenant in common with other tenants. Landlord may restrict Tenant's use of elevators for freight purposes to hours Landlord reasonably determines. Landlord may limit the operation of elevators at times other than regular business hours.

Landlord shall provide necessary passenger elevator facilities on Mondays through Fridays excepting legal holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (such hours on such days being referred to as “business days”) and have at least one elevator serving the Premises in operation available for Tenant’s non-exclusive use at all other times.
Elevator Service. Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service to the Premises on Business Days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on a reduced basis at all other times. Upon 48 hours advance notice by Tenant to Landlord, freight elevator service shall be available in common with other tenants on Business Days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at reasonable charge.
Elevator Service. Non-attended automatic elevator service (if the Building has such equipment serving the Premises), in common with Landlord and other tenants and occupants and their agents and invitees.
