Security Guard. The security guard does not give orders to employees in the performance of their duties.

When a Security Guard (8202) is assigned to the museums and performs the duties of a Museum Guard (8226), said employee shall receive the rate of pay of a Museum Guard (at a comparable step) for the period of time so assigned and performing appropriate duties for an entire shift. Out Of Class Work Acting Assignment Pay 329. An employee assigned in writing by the Department Head or designee to perform a substantial portion of the duties and responsibilities of a higher classification shall be entitled to out of class pay after the tenth (10th) work day (within a sixty (60) working-day period) of such an assignment, retroactive to the first (1st) day of the assignment.

Parking Control Officer Training Premium 282. Employees in class 8214 Parking Control Officer who are assigned by the Appointing Officer or designee to train and evaluate the performance of employees in class 8214 shall receive a premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour payable in hourly increments for each hour when they are actually training and evaluating, indoors or out doors, employees in class 8214.
Security Guard. If the Event has more than 50 attendees, the Tenant must hire one (1) licensed security guard. The security guard will be hired from the Church’s preferred vendor.

Security Guard. Sublessor has employed a security guard to escort its employees to their cars between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. each workday. Sublessor will provide the same service to employees of Sublessee as long as Sublessor is providing this service to its own employees.
Security Guard. The parties note that in carrying out his duties a security guard acts as a person assisting the shipmaster as referred to in Chapter 13, Section 18 of the Seafarers’ Employment Contracts Act.
Security Guard. Tenant has the option of maintaining a security guard in the first floor lobby of the Building during such hours as Tenant may elect. If Tenant elects to exercise this option, then Tenant shall be solely responsible for all expenses related thereto subject to any agreement to reimbursement which Tenant may reach with any other occupant of the Building.
Security Guard. Security guard will be arranged for by the landlord and paid by tenant per Appendix 2.
