Services Provided. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Company will perform the Services described in each Quote/Proposal. Company retains ownership of any portion of Company developed tools or products that are used in or form a part of computer programs or documentation resulting from a particular service provided. Services Provided. The goal of APHIS WS is to manage the damage caused by wildlife by implementing integrated wildlife damage management programs. APHIS WS professionals will place up to five vulture effigies on properties identified by the borough to deter the vultures from the area. A WS Form 12A(WID) will need to be signed by each property owner before effigies can be deployed. APHIS WS will perform limited harassment with lasers or pyrotechnics while on site, before or after hanging the effigy, if the situation and time permits. The following conditions apply to the placement and handling of the effigy.
