Services Provided. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Company will perform the Services described in each Quote/Proposal. Company retains ownership of any portion of Company developed tools or products that are used in or form a part of computer programs or documentation resulting from a particular service provided. Company reserves the right to market to other Clients the skills, designs, processes, procedures, formulas, trade secrets and ideas developed by Company or co-developed with Client in associations with the Services provided under this Agreement.

Services Provided. The goal of APHIS WS is to manage the damage caused by wildlife by implementing integrated wildlife damage management programs. APHIS WS professionals will place up to five vulture effigies on properties identified by the borough to deter the vultures from the area. A WS Form 12A(WID) will need to be signed by each property owner before effigies can be deployed. APHIS WS will perform limited harassment with lasers or pyrotechnics while on site, before or after hanging the effigy, if the situation and time permits. The following conditions apply to the placement and handling of the effigy.

Landlord shall provide heat and air conditioning at other times at Tenant's expense, provided that Tenant gives Landlord notice by 1:00 p.m. on weekdays for after-hour service on the next weekday, two (2) business days' notice before a Holiday for service on such Holiday and two (2) business days' notice for after-hour service on Saturday or Sunday. Landlord shall charge Tenant for such after-hour, Holiday and special weekend service at the prevailing rates charged by Landlord from time to time to other tenants of the Building.
(3) Cleaning and char services in Landlord's standard manner.
(4) Electrical facilities to furnish electricity up to the Premises' Standard Electrical Capacity (including the replacement of Building standard light bulbs in Building standard light fixtures, it being agreed that if Landlord replaces any other light bulbs in the Premises, Tenant shall pay Landlord the cost of such bulbs and all labor costs incurred by Landlord in connection therewith within fifteen (15) days after Landlord's written demand therefor).
