Contractor’s Services shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted professional practices and principles and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by members of Contractor’s profession currently practicing under similar conditions. Contractor shall comply with the profession’s standard of performance, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. By delivery of completed work, Contractor certifies that the work conforms to the requirements of this Agreement and all applicable federal, state and local laws. If Contractor is retained to perform services requiring a license, certification, registration or other similar requirement under California law, Contractor shall maintain that license, certification, registration or other similar requirement throughout the term of this Agreement.
Contractor’s Services a. Contractor shall perform all Work in accordance with the Department Residential Care and Assisted Living Facilities Administrative Rules, OAR Chapter 411, division 054 rules and all applicable county, state, and federal laws.
Contractor’s Services. 2.0 The services which Contractor shall provide include, but are not limited to, those described or specified herein plus those identified in the Project Agreement. The services described or specified shall not be deemed to constitute a comprehensive specification having the effect of excluding services not specifically mentioned.
Contractor’s Services. All services, such as furniture, carpeting, labor, cleaning, storage of boxes and crates, shipping and other special services must be arranged through the Official Exhibit Services Contractor. An Exhibitor Service Manual will be provided with proper forms for ordering such services. Forms should be carefully prepared and returned by the deadlines noted to avoid late charges. Independent Contractors: Notification to use an independent contractor to install/dismantle exhibits must be received forty-five (45) days prior to the first day of the show. If an exhibitor elects to use any contractor other than the official contractors designated by show management, show management is not in a position to intercede in disputes on behalf of the exhibitor. See rules in Exhibitor Service Manual for other requirements. Notification to use independent contractor(s) must go to both show management and the Official Exhibit Services Contractor.
Contractor’s Services. If the Contractor fails to remedy any delay or other problem in its performance of the Contract after receiving reasonable notice from the Department to do so, the Contractor shall reimburse the Department for all reasonable costs incurred as a direct consequence of the Contractor’s delay, action, or inaction. In case of failure to deliver Services in accordance with the Contract, or services from other sources as necessary to fulfill the Contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for the additional cost of such services, including purchase price and administrative fees. This remedy shall be in addition to any other legal remedies available to the Department.
Contractor’s Services. CONTRACTOR shall perform/agrees to perform the tasks, obligations, and services set forth in the “Scope of Services,” attached to and incorporated into this Agreement as “Exhibit A.” Once this Agreement is executed, the Scope of Services may only be modified by written Amendment pursuant to Section 18 of this Agreement.

Contractor’s Services. For the performance of his obligations under this Contract, the Contractor shall make available a total of <number in words> (figure) work-months of personnel services as specified in sub- paragraphs a) and b) of this paragraph. In connection with this Contract, a work-month of service in the Project Area and at the Home Office shall consist of five (5) working days per week and eight (8) working hours per day.
