The Company agrees to the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of all employees of Master-feeds, a Division of Inc. located at Lot Concession in the Township of Middlesex, Ontario, save and except foremen, persons above the rank of foreman, xxxxxe and sales staff and persons hired for watchman duties.
