During Overtime Clause Samples
The "During Overtime" clause defines the rules and conditions that apply when work is performed beyond regular working hours. Typically, this clause outlines how overtime is authorized, the rates of pay or compensation for overtime hours, and any limitations or requirements for overtime work. For example, it may specify that employees must receive prior approval before working overtime or that overtime hours are compensated at a higher rate. The core function of this clause is to ensure fair compensation for extra work and to set clear expectations for both employers and employees regarding overtime practices.
