General Marketing. As part of this agreement, EHI agrees to design, advertise and market to promote the “Company’s” products as part of EHI’s overall marketing efforts to generate revenue for its insurer supplier partners.
General Marketing. Any communication or activity that can reasonably be interpreted as intended to promote the CONTRACTOR, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, and positioning. If the Marketing Materials target American Indian Beneficiaries, the STATE shall consult with tribal governments within a reasonable period of time before approval. Internet web sites that merely link to the DHS web site for information do not need prior approval. CMS and STATE Review Process for SNBC SNP Enrollees. All Enrollee education and Marketing Materials for the SNBC SNP product, including but not limited to Marketing scripts for such activities as presentations or radio advertisements, posters, brochures, Internet web sites, any materials which contain statements regarding the benefit package, and Provider network-related materials, must be prior approved by the STATE and CMS. The MCO must submit all materials for review. The STATE and CMS shall review all Medicare related materials, including Medicare and Part D materials. Upon receiving STATE approval of SNBC materials, the MCO is responsible for submitting materials subject to CMS review directly to CMS for review. If CMS requires changes to the STATE approved material, the MCO shall submit a copy of the final document to the STATE. The STATE shall review all Medicaid only materials. General Marketing. Eligible costs include brochures, broadcast/mass media advertising, direct mail, outdoor advertising, telephone advertising, interactive video, web site, flyers, newsletters, posters, other educational materials, audio visual presentations, promotional signs, promotional items, special events, and rider retention/recruitment. Additional items may include market research, advertising agency fees, items used for the purpose of dispensing or holding marketing material, and mileage reimbursement directly related to the marketing of the program. The DEPARTMENT will retain right of first refusal to develop and print promotional material such as folders and brochures and procured promotional items for the program. The PROJECT coordinator will coordinate these efforts to the mutual satisfaction of the DEPARTMENT and the CONTRACTOR.

ARTI-ANALYTICS will have the right to use Client’s logo as well as the reference on ARTI-ANALYTICS’s website and other channels. Client will ensure that the reference request from ARTI-ANALYTICS is discussed with the Client’s corporate communications/press office and approvals and permissions are secured and confirmed by the Client’s corporate communications/press office in writing. In the event that no press/communications department exists, Client will discuss the reference with the most senior relevant individual with the authority to make such decisions.
