AOL Software definition

AOL Software means the AOL Classic Software, the CompuServe Software, the Netscape Navigator Software, the AIM Software, the ICQ Software, and such other software for an AOL Service as AOL may designate to eMachines in writing during the Term.
AOL Software means the proprietary software used to connect to and use the U.S. version of the America Online(R) brand service. EXHIBIT D MP PRODUCTS AND OTHER CONTENT ENERGY PRODUCTS, Electricity and natural gas for residential customers, and for small commercial customers who purchase less than $5,000,000 per year in electricity and natural gas1, whether sold individually or as part of a service that incorporates other products and services. In addition to standard electricity and natural gas provided over the existing delivery infrastructure (pipes and wires), Energy Products are, as of the Effective Date, any of the following: a) Electricity, and natural gas that are promoted as being from environmentally sound or renewable resources; b) electricity and natural gas that are sold as a part of a financing package such as a home mortgage or prepaid energy; c) offers that may involve delivery of electricity or natural gas over a delivery infrastructure other than the existing delivery infrastructure (e.g., sales of electricity from microturbines, fuel cells, solar panels, etc.); d) equipment that produces electricity or natural gas such as microturbines, fuel cells, and solar panels; and e) propane, butane, aerosol, heating oil and kerosene. MP may periodically add additional products and services in the above list with prior approval of AOL, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. ENERGY RELATED PRODUCTS. Products and services that are directly related to the consumption or use of electricity and/or natural gas; specifically as of the Effective Date, Energy Related Products are any of the following: a) services that review energy consumption in the home and/or make advice regarding efficiency improvements (e.g., energy audits); b) energy efficient improvements designed to reduce the consumption of electricity or natural gas in the home such as the installation of insulation, tune ups of heating venting and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, the installation of energy efficient window systems or solar heating systems; c) maintenance contracts for the equipment and appliances in the home that consume significant amounts of energy (e.g., HVAC systems, water heaters, refrigerators, washers and dryers, etc.); d) equipment associated with the delivery of electricity and natural gas (e.g., a surge protection for the home); e) equipment related to the measurement and control of energy into the home or to any appliances within the home (e.g., a real time electricity...
AOL Software means the client software developed and distributed by AOL or an AOL Affiliate (including any modifications, enhancements or derivatives thereto) that enables the AOL Welcome Screen, email service, instant messaging service, and/or other content and services provided by AOL and its Affiliates and third-party suppliers.

Examples of AOL Software in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, eMachines -------- shall be responsible for the costs and expenses associated with its marketing, promotion and distribution of the AOL Software through the Bundled Products.

  • The AOL Software and the CompuServe Software will be delivered in the form of a master diskette or CD-ROM to be pre-loaded by eMachines on each Product.

  • The AOL Software combined with the Products is sometimes referred to herein as the "Bundled Products".

  • AOL shall be responsible for all costs associated with the development of the AOL Software and the media and materials used to install and enable the AOL Software.

  • The AOL Software to be loaded shall include, in each case, the then-current version of the AOL Classic Service, the CompuServe Service, Netscape Navigator Browser Software, AIM Software, and ICQ Software (replacing, if necessary, any older versions of such software contained in the online services folder or similar area on the Products).

  • During the Term, MP shall at its own cost insert a package containing a CD-ROM with AOL Software and related documentation (the "AOL Deliverables") into each box for shipment or delivery of a Designated Product (described above).

  • For purposes of the Standard Terms, (a) the defined term "Service" shall include both the AOL Services, and (b) the defined term "Software" shall include the AOL Software.

  • Upon satisfactory testing of the ------------------------- applicable AOL Software as set forth in Section 5, eMachines shall pre-load the applicable AOL Software onto each Product by burning the applicable AOL Software into the hard drive or other applicable storage mechanism of such Products.

AOL Software means the propriety software used to connect to and use (where applicable in each case) the AOL Services applicable to a specific Territory and such other software for an AOL Service applicable to a specific Territory as AOL may designate to eMachines in writing during the Term from time to time.
AOL Software means the proprietary software used to connect to and use the AOL Service.

Related to AOL Software

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.
