Misleading Information. If any information given or provided by the Borrower/s and / or any other Person, in relation to the Loan, is found to be incorrect or wrong or misleading, in any respect.

If a Party has materially and in material parts mislead the other Party when concluding this player contract, the misled Party shall have the right to cancel this player contract immediately, with regards to the provisions of the Employment Contracts Act, and the right to obtain compensation for any damages resulting from such cancellation from the misleading Party.
