Without limiting the scope of the work the Employee may perform the following tasks to the level of the Employee training: ▪ Reading and understanding schematics (drawings) ▪ Affixing permanent cable labels ▪ Terminating (including soldering, crimping, screwing) and installing interconnecting cables ▪ Installing racks, display devices and audio devices ▪ Conducting basic testing ▪ Operating company plant and equipment as qualified and required ▪ Ensure the AV System operates as designed ▪ Thoroughly testing AV equipment ▪ Configuring all devices ▪ Fault finding and restore/repair ▪ Conducting quality Inspections ▪ Completing commissioning reports
Audio Visual. HawaiiUSA, at its sole discretion, may permit Applicant to use any audio/visual equipment that may be located in the Community Rooms (the "A/V Equipment"). If permitted, Applicant's use of the A/V Equipment shall be subject to the following: • Applicant shall request the use of specific A/V Equipment by selecting the appropriate boxes on the Application. • An A/V Equipment fee (the "A/V Equipment Fee") in the amount of $100/day shall be assessed. In addition, a security deposit may be required. • Applicant shall be solely responsible for any damage to the A/V Equipment. In the event that the A/V Equipment is damaged, repairs or replacement shall be performed at Applicant's sole expense by vendors chosen by HawaiiUSA.
Audio Visual. The conference room is equipped with a tv, projector, and projection screen as well as other amenities available for use. Please let us know in advance of any devices you may need and make plans in advance of your meeting for staff to explain device operations. We cannot promise staff will have time to help you immediately before your function.

Group’s contracts with its contractors will all specify that contractor and the group will indemnify and hold Hotel harmless from any and all damages or liabilities which may arise by such Contractors or through their use, and group shall ensure that any subcontractor it retains to perform work at the property shall maintain the same insurance required of the group, as specified below.

Audio Visual. Any AV equipment or services required by the Client shall be agreed with 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx at least 7 days in advance of the date of the Event. If 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx is required to order additional AV equipment to support a Booking, the Client shall be liable for such costs. The Client may, with the prior written agreement of 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, utilise outsourced AV services as part of a Booking. Any such AV services will be required to comply with the Covid Guidelines and any other requirements as specified in writing by 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx. Please note that for any proposed external AV services provider (External AV Provider), the Client will need to provide details of the External AV Provider’s risk assessment for the Event and details of its public liability insurance policy of no less than £5 million for each any every claim, and any other information requested by 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx prior to the date of the Event.
