Approved Material definition

Approved Material means a mate- rial approved under one of the fol- lowing subparts of Subchapter Q of this chapter:
Approved Material means materials approved by the department as being free of substances which may render the water injurious to health or which may adversely affect the flavor, color, odor, radiological, microbial or chemical quality of the water.

Examples of Approved Material in a sentence

More Definitions of Approved Material

Approved Material means construction items that have been reviewed and accepted for use by the Environmental Health Officer.
