Marketing. Awarded vendor agrees to allow TIPS to use their name and logo within website, marketing materials and advertisement. Any use of TIPS name and logo or any form of publicity, inclusive of press release, regarding this Agreement by awarded vendor must have prior approval from TIPS.

Survival Clause All applicable software license agreements, warranties or service agreements that were entered into between Vendor and Customer under the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of the Agreement. All Orders, Purchase Orders issued or contracts executed by TIPS or a TIPS Member and accepted by the Vendor prior to the expiration or termination of this agreement, shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement, subject to previously agreed terms and conditions agreed by the parties or as otherwise specified herein relating to termination of this agreement.
Marketing. Licensee agrees to be identified as a customer of Licensor and that Licensor may refer to Licensee by name, trade name and trademark, if applicable, and may briefly describe Licensee’s business in Licensor’s marketing materials, on Licensor’s web site, in public or legal documents. Licensee hereby grants Licensor a license to use Licensee’s name and any of Licensee’s trade names and trademarks solely pursuant to this marketing section.
Marketing. The Seller agrees to allow the Listing Brokerage to show and permit prospective buyers to fully inspect the Property during reasonable hours and the Seller gives the Listing Brokerage the sole and exclusive right to placeFor Sale” and “Sold” sign(s) upon the Property. The Seller consents to the Listing Brokerage including information in advertising that may identify the Property. The Seller further agrees that the Listing Brokerage shall have sole and exclusive authority to make all advertising decisions relating to the marketing of the Property for sale during the Listing Period. The Seller agrees that the Listing Brokerage will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any acts or omissions with respect to advertising by the Listing Brokerage or any other party, other than by the Listing Brokerage’s gross negligence or wilful act.
Marketing. The Supplier shall undertake marketing of this Framework Agreement and the Goods and/or Services on behalf of the Authority to Other Contracting Authorities in accordance with the provisions of Framework Schedule 11 (Marketing). The Supplier shall obtain the Authority's Approval prior to publishing any content in relation to this Framework Agreement using any media, including on any electronic medium, and the Supplier will ensure that such content is regularly maintained and updated. In the event that the Supplier fails to maintain or update the content, the Authority may give the Supplier notice to rectify the failure and if the failure is not rectified to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority within one (1) Month of receipt of such notice, the Authority shall have the right to remove such content itself or require that the Supplier immediately arranges the removal of such content.
Marketing. Merchant shall adequately display the card issuer service marks and promotional materials supplied by Global Direct. Merchant shall cease to use or display such service marks immediately upon notice from Global Direct or upon termination of this Card Services Agreement.
Marketing. The Tenant must, during the six months before the End Date, allow the Landlord to: place on the Premises (but not obstructing the shop window display) a notice for their disposal; and show the Premises at reasonable times in the day to potential tenants (who must be accompanied by the Landlord or its agents). Notifying the Landlord of notices or claims The Tenant must notify the Landlord as soon as reasonably practicable after the Tenant receives or becomes aware of any notice or claim affecting the Premises.42 Comply with Acts The Tenant must do everything required under and must not breach any Act in respect of the Premises and their use and occupation and the exercise of the rights granted to the Tenant under this Lease. The Tenant must not do or fail to do anything in respect of the Premises or their use and occupation the effect of which could make the Landlord liable to pay any penalty, damages, compensation, costs or charges under any Act. [Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions of this Clause 4.18, the Tenant must implement any Recommended Improvement Measures identified within any Action Plan in so far as they relate to the Premises [within the timescale laid down in the AEP Regulations]43[by the earlier of (i) the date by which completion of the Recommended Improvement Measures is required in terms of the AEP Regulations (ii) the End Date]44.]45 The Tenant must promptly notify the Landlord of any defect or disrepair in the Premises that may make the Landlord liable under any Act or under this Lease.
