The aggregate of the amounts to be spent on Advertising and Promotion in all of the Geographical Region of the Territory pursuant to clauses 15.1(A)(1) and 15.1(A)(2) shall for the purposes of this clause 15.1 hereinafter be referred to as the "Aggregate Spend".
If the expenditure for any Geographical Region becomes less than the amount stipulated under clauses 15.1(A)(1) or 15.1(A)(2) above (as applicable)(the "Threshold"), the Licensee must spend the difference between the Threshold and the actual Advertising and Promotion expenditure in the relevant Geographical Region in such other Geographical Region or Geographical Regions as it may choose provided that at all times the Licensee spends no less than the Aggregate Spend in the Territory.
