Special Events definition

Special Events means musical events, concerts, shows, pageants, sporting events, festivals, competitions, and other events of limited duration presented by LICENSEE for which the "Gross Revenue" of such Special Event exceeds $25,000.
Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.
Special Events means those events as determined by the City Manager to warrant the provision of a uniformed security presence in an off street parking facility.

  • The rights granted under this Agreement are subject to the conditions specified in, the current version of AGENCY Special Events Policy #570.71, and “Interfacility Transfer Requirements” (Exhibit 6) that defines the parameters with respect to ALS, BLS, CCT Ground Ambulance Services requested by any hospital for a patient being transferred by such hospital.

  • The Licensee agrees that it shall comply with the City’s Special Events Policies and Procedures Manual with respect to Special Events.

  • Employees cannot accumulate more than forty (40) hours of compensatory time at any given time, eighty (80) hours for Communications Division employees, Special Events Division employees or those Parks and Recreation employees designated by the Parks and Recreation Director.

Special Events means events which, in the judgment of the authority, will promote
Special Events means special events that occur from time to time, including, without limitation, sports events, religious events, social, cultural or political gatherings and music festivals;
Special Events means non-emergency events, such as sporting events, parades, festivals and other group or mass gatherings, which may require BLS or ALS medical coverage.
Special Events means large scale functions, including but not limited to receptions, banquets, dinners or fairs to which more than 250 persons are invited and for which the expenditures associated with hosting the function are negotiated with a catering service or facility at a single, set price or which include multiple expenditure categories.
Special Events means any festival, gathering, event, fair or meeting organized or arranged for purposes of sport, religion, exhibition, trade, commerce, entertainment, music industry or any other purposes;
Special Events shall include any activity which is organized, conducted or sponsored by the Releasees and shall include, but is not limited to, races, competitions, demonstrations and other events or activities. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
Special Events means shooting events held outside of the regular shooting schedule identified above.
