Consultant expressly waives any right to additional payment for any Change in Services if Consultant does not give timely written notice of the Change in Services and if such services are not billed as Change in Services within sixty (60) days following their rendition.
A Major Change in Services may warrant adjustment of the Basic Fee if the change in the Work or Project budget is requested by the Owner and requires additional design, administrative, consultant, or other services not contemplated in the Agreement.
