RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. Tenant agrees to comply with the Rules and Regulations attached as Exhibit E, and any reasonable and nondiscriminatory amendments, modifications and/or additions as may be adopted and published by written notice to tenants by Landlord for the safety, care, security, good order, or cleanliness of the Premises, Building, Project and/or Common Areas. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any violation of the Rules and Regulations or the breach of any covenant or condition in any lease or any other act or conduct by any other tenant, and the same shall not constitute a constructive eviction hereunder. One or more waivers by Landlord of any breach of the Rules and Regulations by Tenant or by any other tenant(s) shall not be a waiver of any subsequent breach of that rule or any other. Tenant’s failure to keep and observe the Rules and Regulations shall constitute a default under this Lease. In the case of any conflict between the Rules and Regulations and this Lease, this Lease shall be controlling.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. Lessee agrees that it will abide by, and keep and observe all reasonable rules and regulations ("Rules and Regulations") which Lessor may make from time to time for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of the Building and the Industrial Center and their invitees.

RULES AND REGULATIONS. Tenant and all Tenant Parties shall observe and comply with the Rules and Regulations (which do not relate to the Music Hall and solely relate to the Ancillary Space and which are consistent with the Permitted Uses with respect to the Ancillary Space) as reasonably supplemented or amended from time to time, provided, that in case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease and any of the Rules and Regulations as originally promulgated or as supplemented or amended from time to time, the provisions of this Lease shall control. Landlord reserves the right, from time to time, to adopt additional reasonable Rules and Regulations and to amend the Rules and Regulations then in effect. Nothing contained in this Lease shall impose upon Landlord any obligation to enforce the Rules and Regulations or terms, covenants or conditions in any other lease against any other tenants in the Buildings, and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for violation of the Rules and Regulations by any other tenant, its employees, agents, visitors or licensees, except that Landlord shall not adopt or enforce any Rule or Regulation against Tenant in a discriminatory fashion. Tenant may challenge the “reasonableness” of any Rule or Regulation and such challenge shall be determined pursuant to theDispute Resolution Procedureset forth in Article 38 of this Lease. Pending resolution of such dispute, Tenant shall comply with such disputed Rule or Regulation if in Landlord’s good faith judgment, Tenant’s failure to do so would have a material adverse affect on the operation of the Premises or on other occupants of the Center.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with all the rules and regulations as set forth in Exhibit D to this Lease and all reasonable and non-discriminatory modifications of and additions to them from time to time put into effect by Landlord. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-performance by any other tenant or occupant of the Building of any such rules and regulations.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. In the event Juniper Networks, Inc. is no longer the sole tenant of the Building, Landlord shall have the right from time to time to establish reasonable rules and regulations and/or amendments or additions thereto respecting the use of the Leased Premises and the Outside Areas for the care and orderly management of the Property. Upon delivery to Tenant of a copy of such rules and regulations or any amendments or additions thereto, Tenant shall comply with such rules and regulations. A violation by Tenant of any of such rules and regulations shall constitute a default by Tenant under this Lease. If there is a conflict between the rules and regulations and any of the provisions of this Lease, the provisions of this Lease shall prevail. Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant for the violation of such rules and regulations by any other tenant of the Property.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. Tenant and Tenant’s Representatives shall observe and comply fully and faithfully with all reasonable and nondiscriminatory rules and regulations adopted by Landlord for the care, protection, cleanliness and operation of the Building and its tenants including those annexed to this Lease as Exhibit D and any reasonable and nondiscriminatory modification or addition thereto adopted by Landlord, provided Landlord shall give written notice thereof to Tenant. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the nonperformance by any other tenant or occupant of the Building of any of said rules and regulations. In the event of any conflict between the rules and regulations (whether annexed hereto as Exhibit D or later adopted) and this Lease, this Lease shall prevail.
RULES AND REGULATIONS. 10.1 Tenant shall at all times observe faithfully, and comply with, the rules and regulations set forth in Exhibit D and shall cause its employees, agents, licensees, and visitors to do likewise. Landlord shall have the right from time to time reasonably to amend, delete, or modify existing rules and regulations, or adopt reasonable new rules and regulations for the use, safety, cleanliness, and care of the Premises, the Building, and the Project, and the comfort, quiet, and convenience of occupants of the Project. Modifications or additions to the rules and regulations shall be effective upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Tenant from Landlord. In the event of any breach of any rules or regulations or any amendments or additions to such rules and regulations, Landlord shall have all remedies that this Lease provides for default by Tenant, and shall in addition have any remedies available at law or in equity, including the right to enjoin any breach of such rules and regulations. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for violation of such rules and regulations by any other tenant, its employees, agents, visitors, or licensees or any other person. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Lease and the rules and regulations, the provisions of this Lease shall govern.
