Public Relations. The parties to this Agreement mutually undertake to do all possible to ensure that in relationships with the general public every effort will be made toward the end that tactful associations are established and maintained particularly where temporary inconvenience may be caused due to construction in progress. Each party hereto undertakes to mutually discuss and correct instances which may arise prejudicial to such good relations.
Public Relations. 1. Any publication by a Party resulting from the activities carried out under this MoU shall be subject to prior agreement of the other Party not be unreasonably withheld.
Public Relations. If Manager conducts local public relations efforts, then Manager must conduct the local public relations efforts consistent with the Sprint PCS Communications Policies. The Sprint PCS Communications Policies as of the date of this agreement are attached as Exhibit 6.
Public Relations. 1. Any publication by a Party resulting from the activities carried out under this MoU shall be subject to prior agreement of the other Party which should not be unreasonably withheld.
2. The Parties may each release information to the public, provided it is not confidential and related only to its own part of the activities under this MoU. In cases where the activities of the other Party are concerned, prior consultation shall be sought. In all relevant public relations activities, the contribution of each Party related to activities covered by this MoU shall be duly acknowledged.
Public Relations. Public relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their publics. As requested by the Commission, and consistent with available resources, the CNA shall support planning of special Commission events and related media coverage, and special media campaigns. The CNA shall provide the Commission with advance notification of potential speaking engagements involving Commission members or staff at least 10 business days before such individuals are contacted. The CNA shall share messaging, media relations and crisis communications with Commission Public Affairs in a timely manner that provides the Commission with advance and appropriate situational awareness.
Public Relations. 1. In the case of all publications or other media information connected to the Project, the parties shall comply with the European Union guidelines on visibility, with a special emphasis on Article I.12
Public Relations. City and Union agree that those in the public service have a responsibility to be sensitive and responsive to their ultimate employer, the citizens, and that awareness of this responsibility is particularly important for field personnel or other City unit members who can be observed by the general public when taking rest periods or lunch breaks. The parties agree that the image of the public employee in the community must be improved if high levels of employee morale are to be achieved. To this end, the parties agree to mutually pledge their best efforts over the life of this Agreement to continuously encourage unit members to be courteous, helpful, and industrious in all their public contacts and when in public view during the full duty period.
Public Relations. The Committee is responsible for providing adequate and direct means for keeping the local citizenry informed about the schools and for keeping itself and the school staff informed about the needs and wishes of the public.
Public Relations. MANAGEMENT SERVICES shall provide services reasonably necessary for enhancing public relations for the PC’s health care services and shall submit any public relations programs for prior review and revision, if necessary, and approval by the PC. Such public relations shall comply with applicable laws and regulations governing the use of promotional activities by the medical profession and with applicable standards of medical ethics.
Public Relations. With respect to Loss of Income/Extra Expense coverage described in Insuring Agreement 1(c), we shall be liable for reasonable costs for professional public relations services to create and disseminate communications, when the need for such communications arises directly from interruption of the your business. These communications must be directed to one or more of the following:
(a) the media;
(b) the public; or
(c) your customers, clients or members. Such costs must be incurred during the period of time that begins at the time of the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment and continues until:
(i) thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the date the Insured Property is repaired or replaced; or
(ii) the length of time as would be required with the exercise of due diligence and dispatch to rebuild, repair or replace such Insured Property as has been destroyed or damaged by the Breakdown or Electronic Circuitry Impairment; however, in no event shall we be liable for loss in excess of $5,000.
