Quarterly Meeting definition

Quarterly Meeting shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5 of this Agreement.

Quarterly Meeting has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 6 of Annex B of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

Quarterly Meeting means a meeting initiated by the support coordinator to assess a client’s progress in achieving goals, to determine if services are sufficient and satisfactory, and to review the Health and Safety Checklist and Housing Survey in order to identify any needed changes or follow up. The Health and Safety Checklist and Housing Survey forms are found in the Florida Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, as adopted in Rule 59G-13.070, F.A.C.
