The Independent Appraiser shall provide such Preliminary Determination to System Owner and Host Customer, together with all supporting documentation detailing the calculation of the Preliminary Determination.
Within ten (10) Business Days after (i) receiving any such notice of objection to the Preliminary Determination or (ii) receiving no such notice of objection to the Preliminary Determination, the Independent Appraiser shall issue the Independent Appraiser’s final determination (“Final Determination”) to System Owner and Host Customer, which shall specifically address any objections received by the Independent Appraiser and whether such objections were taken into account in making the Final Determination.
