Central Team. 11.1 The Joint Committee shall establish a Central Team to be managed by the PARTNERIAETH Lead Officer to be responsible for the day to day management of matters relating to the operation of the PARTNERIAETH and the Joint Committee. For any unpaid leave of absence under this provision, the nurse's salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital, and the Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital the amount of the full cost of such salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits.
