Placement on the salary scales 1 The employer shall raise the salary scale of medical school graduates and medical interns to the following salary number in the scale for each year of experience until they reach the maximum salary on the scale. Experience that counts in full: • employment as a medical intern in a similar (hospital) job; • employment as a medical school graduate in patient care in a similar (hospital) job; • employment as a physician-researcher in medical scientific research; • employment as a physician-project assistant for a medical project in a hospital; • employment as a medical school graduate in education or research in a hospital; • for employment conrtacts that commenced on or after 1 April 2015, relevant experience in medical scientific research for the medical exam will count.
