WILL BE GIVEN. Parents/students must provide transportation to and from school should they be denied transportation because of suspension. In addition to the PHES, PHMS and PHHS Student Code of Conduct, the following rules and regulations apply to ensure the safest, most enjoyable and efficient transportation for our students.
WILL BE GIVEN. 3. All exhibits must be removed Saturday evening at the closing of the Commercial Tent, BUT NOT BEFORE 8:00 p.m. Exhibitors may tear down their exhibits after 8:00 PM Saturday night. The tent and draperies will be taken down first thing Sunday morning after the fair. The Kosciusko County Fair will not be responsible for any exhibits or merchandise left.

WILL BE GIVEN. GENERAL PRACTICES  SNJCSC members, Officials and Participants are required to follow state, local and facility guidelines that apply to the area & site where the event is held.  For the safety of all participants, everyone entering the field will be scanned with a digital scan thermometer. Anyone with a temperature 100.4 degrees or higher will be turned away and a refund processed.  Exhibitors should wash hands as frequently as possible. There is a portable hand wash station on the field. Exhibitors should provide their own hand sanitizer and use it when hand washing is not in close proximity.  Avoid shaking hands, hugging or other physical contact.  Avoid touching dogs that are not your responsibility.  Avoid common use pencils/pensbring your own.  Exhibitors must provide their own materials for cleaning up after their dog on the property.  Prepare to be self-sufficient: Bring your own sanitizer, water, personal use masks.  Know your armband number. It will be mailed to you with your entry confirmation.  Do not congregate at the ring or ring gate. Ring will have separate entrance and a separate exit.  While working your dog in the ring or practicing on the property, maintain six foot social distance with other exhibitors and judges. Rings will be larger.
WILL BE GIVEN. 6. Fees include a refundable security deposit, which will be refunded provided that ALL contract requirements are fulfilled. Security Deposit will be shredded or returned to the address listed above, unless Lessee specifies otherwise.

  • Laws of the State of New York The Contractor shall comply with all of the requirements set forth in Exhibit C hereto.

  • NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED Vendor agrees to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and executive orders pertaining to equal employment opportunity, including federal laws and the laws of the State in which its primary place of business is located. In accordance with such laws, regulations, and executive orders, the Vendor agrees that no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, veteran status or handicap, be excluded from employment with or participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity performed by Vendor under the Contract. If Vendor is found to be not in compliance with these requirements during the term of the Contract, Vendor agrees to take appropriate steps to correct these deficiencies. Upon request, Vendor will furnish information regarding its nondiscriminatory hiring and promotion policies, as well as specific information on the composition of its principals and staff, including the identification of minorities and women in management or other positions with discretionary or decision-making authority.

  • Choice of Law; Venue This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue and jurisdiction of any suit or cause of action arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall lie exclusively in Xxxxxx County, Texas. Disputes between END USER and Contractor are to be resolved in accordance with the law and venue rules of the state of purchase. Contractor shall immediately notify H-GAC of such disputes.

  • General Obligations 1. Each Party shall apply its measures relating to the provisions of this Chapter in accordance with Article 116 (General Principles) and, in particular, shall expeditiously apply those measures so as to avoid unduly impairing or delaying trade in goods or services or conduct of investment activities under this Agreement. 2. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to prevent a Party from applying measures to regulate the entry of natural persons into, or their temporary stay in, its territory, including those measures necessary to protect the integrity of, and to ensure the orderly movement of natural persons across, its borders, provided that such measures are not applied in such a manner as to unduly impair or delay trade in goods or services or conduct of investment activities under this Agreement.

  • Choice of Law and Venue THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. ANY LITIGATION, SPECIAL PROCEEDING OR OTHER PROCEEDING AS BETWEEN THE PARTIES THAT MAY BE BROUGHT, OR ARISE OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH OR BY REASON OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE APPLICABLE FEDERAL OR STATE COURT IN AND FOR XXXXXX COUNTY, TEXAS, WHICH COURTS SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE COURTS OF JURISDICTION AND VENUE.

  • LAW TO GOVERN This Agreement is executed and delivered in the State of Texas and shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

  • Laws Applicable to Construction The interpretation, performance and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware as applied to contracts executed in and performed wholly within the State of Delaware, without reference to principles of conflict of laws.

  • Choice of Law and Forum; Service of Process (i) This contract shall be deemed made in Durham County, North Carolina. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of North Carolina. The exclusive forum and venue for all actions arising out of this contract shall be the North Carolina General Court of Justice, in Durham County. Such actions shall neither be commenced in nor removed to federal court. This subsection (a) shall not apply to subsequent actions to enforce a judgment entered in actions heard pursuant to this subsection. (ii) If the Contractor is not a natural person (for instance, the Contractor is a corporation or limited liability company), this subsection (ii) applies. “Agent for Service of Process” means every person now or hereafter appointed by the Contractor to be served or to accept service of process in any State of the United States. Without excluding any other method of service authorized by law, the Contractor agrees that every Agent for Service of Process is designated as its non-exclusive agent for service of process, summons, and complaint. The Contractor will instruct each Agent for Service of Process that after such agent receives the process, summons, or complaint, such agent shall promptly send it to the Contractor. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. Secretary of State and such registered agent can be found with due diligence at the registered office.

  • Choice of Law, Jurisdiction and Venue This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. The parties agree that Delaware will be the venue of any dispute and will have jurisdiction over all parties.
