Labour Management Committee Meetings. During the meetings of the Labour Management Committee, the parties will be equally represented to a maximum of three (3) representatives from each party not including the Union Representative.

Labour Management Committee Meetings. Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour/Management Committee meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply: An equal number of representatives of each party as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matter proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance, or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this Agreement. Any representative(s) attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. It is agreed that the topic of a rehabilitation program for drug and alcohol abuse is an appropriate topic for the Labour/Management Committee.
Labour Management Committee Meetings. 1. The Employer and Union agree to establish a Labour-Management Committee for the purpose of an exchange of ideas and information on matters of mutual interest and concern, but it is understood and agreed that the Committee will not discuss grievances.

Labour Management Committee Meetings. 6.02.1 There shall be a Labour Management-Committee established, composed equally of at least one (1) representative of the Union and at least one (1) representative of the Employer. One of the Employer representatives shall be the supervisor or designate. The duties and goals of the Committee shall be to ensure that the terms of this Agreement are respected by both parties. Specific matters for review and discussion shall include:
Labour Management Committee Meetings. The Employer agrees to recognize the Labour-Management Committee, which shall consist of two (2) representatives of the Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer and shall meet at least once a month where a jointly proposed agenda has been received forty-eight (48) hours prior. Approved minutes must be given to the Union Secretary not more than two (2) weeks after the meeting. The responsibility for the preparation and distribution of the minutes rests with the Employer.
