In no case Sample Clauses

The "In no case" clause serves to establish absolute limitations or prohibitions within a contract, making it clear that certain actions or outcomes are never permitted under any circumstances. Typically, this clause is used to preclude specific liabilities, obligations, or rights, such as stating that a party will not be liable for indirect damages or that certain remedies are not available. By setting these firm boundaries, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes by clearly defining what is categorically excluded from the agreement, thereby allocating risk and ensuring clarity between the parties.
