JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. (a) The parties agree to establish a joint committee composed of three employees appointed by the Union and three representatives of the Employer.
JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. 7:01 There shall be established during the life of this Agreement JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES composed of two (2) members representing the Employers in each of the Appendices and two (2) members representing the Employees. These Committees will generally administer the terms of the Agreement and their specific Appendix and shall deal with such other matters referred to it by either party.
JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. A Joint Labour Management Committee, with equal representation from the Association and the College Administration, will meet at least once each month (except perhaps for the months of July and August) for the purpose of discussing issues related to the College that affect the parties or any faculty member covered by this Agreement.

JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. The Employer and the Union shall form a Joint Labour Management Committee (JLMC) which shall meet a minimum of three (3) times per year, for the purpose of discussing and making recommendations to the Parties on issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this agreement. The purpose of the JLMC is to promote the cooperative resolution of workplace issues as well as other related matters that may be referred to it by the Parties.
JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. A Joint Labour-Management Committee shall be set up comprised of two (2) or three (3) representatives of the Board to be appointed by the Chief Constable and three (3) representatives to be appointed by the Union. JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. (a) A Joint Labour-Management Committee shall be established comprised of not more than four (4) representatives appointed by the Employer and not more than four (4) representatives to be appointed by the Union. The purpose of the Committee will be to meet and discuss miscellaneous matters related to employment as requested by either party. Employees shall suffer no loss of pay for attending Committee meetings. Meetings shall occur on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. Minutes of each meeting shall be distributed to each committee member as soon as possible following each meeting.
JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE. 5.1 The parties hereto agree to the establishment of a Joint Labour Management Committee composed of representatives of the Employer and representatives of the Union. The purpose of this committee will be for the effective administration of the Collective Agreement and to provide a means of communication for the resolution of any or all disputes that may arise through the application of the Agreement. Meetings will be held as deemed necessary in the interests of both parties.
