Schedule 11. All payments made to or by any Generator in accordance with the provisions of a Payment Instruction shall, subject to any contrary instruction contained in the provisions of a Payment Instruction, be effected by the Pool Funds Administrator through the Banking System and the Billing System established in accordance with Schedule 11.
