New Home definition

New Home means every newly constructed private dwelling unit and the fixtures and structure that are made a part of a newly constructed private dwelling unit at the time of construction.
New Home means a home that has not been sold at retail.
New Home means a condominium unit as such is defined in the documents creating the specific condominium in which the unit is constructed.

More Definitions of New Home

New Home means any newly constructed (A) single-family dwelling unit, (B) dwelling consisting of not more than two units, or (C) unit, common element or limited common element in a condominium, as defined in section 47-68a, or in a common interest community, as defined in section 47-202;
