Liaisons definition

Liaisons means the College Liaison and the District Liaison.
Liaisons shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.11 hereof.
Liaisons means the College Liaison Team and the District Liaison. “Local Agreement” is defined on the signature page of this Agreement.

Examples of Liaisons in a sentence

  • Each trading day, Investment Adviser shall provide electronically a list of proposed trades to the Designated Division Liaison(s) in accordance with Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Upon receipt, the Designated Division Liaison(s) shall review the summary of executed trades to confirm that such trades were pre-approved.

  • Investment Adviser will provide such requested advice to Designated Division Liaison(s) no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the response deadline or, if Investment Adviser has not received a request from the Division more than three (3) Business Days prior to the response deadline, as promptly as possible after Investment Adviser has received such request.

  • With the exception of Family Liaisons, if an Employee has to take on extra duties due to a vacancy or absence of more than ten business days of a colleague in the Central Office Staff bargaining unit, they shall be paid an additional 10% of salary for the applicable period until the vacancy is filled or the colleague returns to work or RPS eliminates the position.

Liaisons shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.2(a) of the Development and Option Agreement.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.
