Each trading day, Investment Adviser shall provide electronically a list of proposed trades to the Designated Division Liaison(s) in accordance with Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Upon receipt, the Designated Division Liaison(s) shall review the summary of executed trades to confirm that such trades were pre-approved.
Investment Adviser will provide such requested advice to Designated Division Liaison(s) no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the response deadline or, if Investment Adviser has not received a request from the Division more than three (3) Business Days prior to the response deadline, as promptly as possible after Investment Adviser has received such request.
