Years of Service Sample Clauses

Years of Service. Bargaining unit employees leaving in good standing with at least fifteen (15) years of service but less than twenty (20) years of service will receive upon separation twenty five percent (25%) of their unused accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours, computed at the bargaining unit employees current rate of pay. Upon normal retirement (as defined by FRS or contract city) of a bargaining unit employee in good standing or upon the death of a bargaining unit employee in good standing with at least fifteen (15) years of service but less than twenty (20) years of service, the bargaining unit employee will receive upon separation sixty five percent (65%) of their unused accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of six hundred twenty four (624) hours, computed at the bargaining unit employees current rate of pay.
Years of Service. Any teacher placed on such leave may engage in teaching or any other occupation during such period and may be eligible for unemployment compensation if otherwise eligible under that law for such compensation. Such leave will not result in a loss of credit for years of service in the School District earned prior to the commencement of such leave. Credit will not be given for teaching experience while a teacher is on ULA.
Years of Service. (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
Years of Service. Classified employees on Ranges A through Jc of the Classified Salary Schedule shall qualify for longevity payments according to the following schedule: 10 to 19 years 3% of July 1 base salary 20 to 29 years 7% of July 1 base salary 30 or more years 11% of July 1 base salary
Years of Service. Bargaining unit employees who have at least ten (10 years of service with BSO, but less than fifteen (15) years will not receive any sick leave compensation upon separation from the agency for any reason other than normal retirement (defined by FRS or contract city) or the death of the bargaining unit employees. Upon normal retirement (as defined by FRS or contract city) of a bargaining unit employee in good standing or upon the death of a bargaining unit employee in good standing with at least ten (10) years of service but less than fifteen (15) years of service, the bargaining unit employee will receive a payout upon separation of fifty percent (50%) of their unused accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of four hundred eighty (480) hours computed at the bargaining unit employees current rate of pay.
Years of Service. The term “Years of Service” shall mean the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on December 5, 2005 and any twelve (12) month anniversary thereof, during the entirety of which time the Participant is an employee of the Company and has not experienced a Separation From Service. Service with a subsidiary or other entity controlled by the Company before the time such entity became a subsidiary or under such control shall not be considered credited “Service” unless the Plan Administrator specifically agrees to credit such service.
Years of Service. The term “Years of Service” shall mean the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on the date on which Director becomes a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, and any twelve (12) month anniversary thereof, during which time Director has consecutively served on the Board. Director shall receive credit for a full Year of Service for any partial year of service after Director has completed one full Year of Service.
Years of Service. If the Employer elects the hourly records method in the Adoption Agreement, an Employee shall be credited with one Year of Service for each Plan Year in which he or she has 1,000 Hours of Service. Solely for purposes of eligibility to participate, an Employee shall be credited with a Year of Service on the last day of the 12-consecutive month period which begins on the first day on which he or she has an Hour of Service, if he or she has at least 1,000 Hours of Service in that period. If an Employee fails to be credited with a Year of Service on such date, he or she shall be credited with a Year of Service on the last day of each succeeding 12-consecutive month period. If the Employer elects the elapsed time method in the Adoption Agreement, the Employee's Years of Service shall be a span of service equal to the sum of:
