Years of Service Sample Clauses

Years of Service. The term “Years of Service” shall mean the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on the date on which Director becomes a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank, and any twelve (12) month anniversary thereof, during which time Director has consecutively served on the Board. Director shall receive credit for a full Year of Service for any partial year of service after Director has completed one full Year of Service.
Years of Service. (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.
Years of Service. The term “Years of Service” shall mean the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on December 5, 2005 and any twelve (12) month anniversary thereof, during the entirety of which time the Participant is an employee of the Company and has not experienced a Separation From Service. Service with a subsidiary or other entity controlled by the Company before the time such entity became a subsidiary or under such control shall not be considered credited “Service” unless the Plan Administrator specifically agrees to credit such service.
Years of Service. If the Employer elects the hourly records method in the Adoption Agreement, an Employee shall be credited with one Year of Service for each Plan Year in which he or she has 1,000 Hours of Service. Solely for purposes of eligibility to participate, an Employee shall be credited with a Year of Service on the last day of the 12-consecutive month period which begins on the first day on which he or she has an Hour of Service, if he or she has at least 1,000 Hours of Service in that period. If an Employee fails to be credited with a Year of Service on such date, he or she shall be credited with a Year of Service on the last day of each succeeding 12-consecutive month period. If the Employer elects the elapsed time method in the Adoption Agreement, the Employee's Years of Service shall be a span of service equal to the sum of:
Years of Service. At retirement, a teacher must have completed at least ten (10) continuous years of service with Noblesville Schools. As used in this Article, “continuous years of service” means the number of consecutive years of employment as a certified employee in the Noblesville Schools. Approved leaves of absences not exceeding one (1) year shall not be considered to be a break in continuous employment for the purpose of determining “continuous years of service”. A certified employee on an approved leave of absence will not receive completed years of service credit for vesting purposes for the time of the approved leave.
Years of Service. Bargaining unit employee leaving in good standing with at least twenty (20) years of service will receive upon separation twenty five percent (25%) of their unused accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours, computed at the bargaining unit employee’s current rate of pay. Upon normal retirement (as defined by FRS or contract city) of a bargaining unit employee in good standing or upon the death of a bargaining unit employee in good standing with at least twenty (20) years of service, the bargaining unit employee will receive upon separation one hundred percent (100%) of their unused, accumulated sick time up to a maximum of nine hundred sixty (960) hours, computed at the bargaining unit employee’s current rate of pay. Bargaining unit employees leaving in good standing with at least twenty five (25) years of service will receive upon separation twenty five percent (25%) of their unused accumulated sick leave up to a maximum of two hundred forty (240) hours, computed at the bargaining unit employee’s current rate of pay. Upon normal retirement (as defined by FRS or contract city) of a bargaining unit employee in good standing or upon the death of a bargaining unit employee in good standing with at least twenty five (25) years of service, the bargaining unit employee will receive upon separation one hundred percent (100%) of their unused, accumulated sick time up to a maximum of one thousand one hundred sixty (1160) hours, computed at the bargaining unit employee’s current rate of pay.
Years of Service. Employees on Ranges A through Jc of the Classified Salary Schedule shall qualify for longevity payments according to the following schedule:
Years of Service. Time served in any other position as a part-time support staff member, full or part-time faculty member, full or part-time professional staff member, or as a full-time support staff member in another unit position listed on the Salary Guide that is of a different classification series, will not count toward years of service for purposes of determining placement on the Salary Guide. The salaries listed in salary categories two (2), three (3), four (4) and five (5) apply only to employees with actual time served in their current listed position on the Salary Guide. Employees hired between July 1st and September 30th of any calendar year will be credited with one (1) full year of service in a listed position on July 1st of the next fiscal year, and with an additional year of service each July 1st thereafter. To be credited with their first year of service on the Salary Guide, employees hired between October 1st and June 30th of any calendar year will be required to serve in a listed position until the second July 1st following the date of their initial employment.
