Executed Contracts Clause Samples

Executed Contracts. Copies of all executed contracts or other material agreements entered into by or on behalf of the Corporations in excess of $10,000;

Executed Contracts. An executed copy of each of the Contracts executed by duly authorised representatives of all parties thereto, together with a certificate from the Foreign Supplier confirming that the conditions thereto have been satisfied or waived and each of the Contracts has become unconditional and effective (except for any condition on actual receipt of Loans under this Agreement and on the payment to the Suppliers of the purchase price (other than the Down- Payment)).

Executed Contracts. All contracts contemplated by this Agreement will have been duly and properly executed.

Executed Contracts. Schedules A-I must contain complete information and be included in with the prototype pre-bid contract for review by NYSED Child Nutrition Program Administration Office. I. Attach 21-day menu for breakfast and/or lunch and/or summer as applicable. The menu provided must be in compliance with the Food Based Meal Pattern and Nutrition Standards outlined on pages 48 and 49 of this contract. All menus must include the daily recommended portion sizes per serving.
