Cause of Action. A person who knowingly obtains, discloses or uses personal information, from a motor vehicle record, for a purpose not permitted under this chapter shall be liable to the individual to whom the information pertains, who may bring a civil action in a United States district court.

Cause of Action. As used in this Agreement, the phrase “cause of action” includes all claims, covenants, warranties, promises, agreements, undertakings, actions, suits, counterclaims, causes of action, complaints, charges, obligations, duties, demands, debts, accounts, judgments, costs, expenses, losses, damages and liabilities, of whatsoever kind or nature, in law, equity or otherwise.
Cause of Action. The parties hereby declare that the rights of the Company are of a unique nature, the loss of which may cause irreparable harm, and that it may be impossible to measure in money the damages which will accrue to the company by reason of the loss of such rights or a failure by the Executive to perform or adhere to any of the obligations under Sections 6.1 and 6.2 hereof. The Executive expressly acknowledges that remedies at law alone will be inadequate to compensate the Company for any breach or violation of any of the provisions of Sections 6.1 or 6.2 hereof, and that the Company, in addition to all other remedies hereunder or thereunder, shall be entitled, as a matter of right, to seek injunctive relief, including specific performance, with respect to any such breach of violation, in any court of competent jurisdiction.
