State Courts definition

State Courts means collectively the courts of the State.
State Courts or “State Court” means Courts or Court established under Part II of Chapter VII of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended);

Related to State Courts

  • State Court means a judicial body of a state that is vested by law with responsibility for adjudicating cases involving abuse, neglect, deprivation, delinquency, or status offenses of individuals who have not attained the age of eighteen (18).
