Special Administration definition

Special Administration has the meaning given to it in the Special Administration Offer Agreement;
Special Administration means special administration as a result of a Special Administration Order;
Special Administration means the special administration of the Company following the appointment of the Administrators to the Company on 13 October 2023, by order of the Court;
