Other Party definition

Other Party means (a) when used with respect to the Company, Parent and Merger Sub and (b) when used with respect to Parent or Merger Sub, the Company.
Other Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).
Other Party means any person having a dispute with a farm resident.

  • Each Party shall provide the other Party with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to review and comment upon any proposed securities filing that references this Agreement, the collaboration, or the other Party’s Confidential Information, to the extent such review is legally permissible.
