Examples of Court of competent jurisdiction in a sentence
If an Arbitrator or a Court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable (whether in whole or in part), such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent, but only to the extent, of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
If the unconstitutionality or illegality is due to the scope or breadth of the provision then the same shall be deemed valid to the extent that it is constitutional and legal, and a Court of competent jurisdiction shall be empowered to reform this Agreement in order to achieve that result.
Both parties agree to be bound by the award of the arbitrator and agree that judgment thereon may be entered in any Court of competent jurisdiction.
