Relevant Notes definition

Relevant Notes means all Notes where the applicable Final Terms provide for a minimum Specified Denomination in the Specified Currency which is equivalent to at least euro 100,000 and which are admitted to trading on a regulated market in the European Economic Area; and

Relevant Notes has the meaning given in Section 16.

Relevant Notes means such floating rate notes in respect of which the Calculation Agent is appointed.

Examples of Relevant Notes in a sentence

• The Calculation Agent is appointed, and the Calculation Agent agrees to act, as Calculation Agent in respect of each Series of Notes described in the Schedule (the "Relevant Notes") for the purposes set out in sub-clause 2 and on the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Relevant Notes

Relevant Notes means the Class A-1 Notes issued by the Trustee under the Class A-1 Note Trust Deed.
