Informal Dispute Resolution Prior to the initiation of formal dispute resolution procedures, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve their Dispute informally, in a timely and cost-effective manner, as follows:
Binding Dispute Resolution For any Claim subject to, but not resolved by mediation pursuant to Article 15 of AIA Document A201–2017, the method of binding dispute resolution shall be as follows: (Check the appropriate box.) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 9(a), 9(c), and 9(h) of the Employment Agreement.
Commencing Dispute Resolution 13.3.1 Dispute Resolution shall commence upon one Party’s receipt of written Notice of a controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or its breach.
