Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either party arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to be proper only if such action is commenced in Circuit Court for Dane County unless it is determined that such Court lacks jurisdiction. Developer hereby consents to personal jurisdiction in Dane County. Developer also expressly waives the right to bring such action in, or to remove such action to, any other court whether state or federal, unless it is determined that the Circuit Court for Dane County lacks jurisdiction.
Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. Personal jurisdiction and venue for any legal action commence by either party to this Agreement, whether arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Performance Guarantee, shall be deemed to be proper only if such action is commenced in District Court of Summit County, Colorado. The Developer expressly waives its rights to bring such action in or to remove such action to any other court, whether state or federal.
Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. I agree that any State or Federal court located within the State of Rhode Island shall have personal jurisdiction over me with regard to any claim or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the subject matter of this Agreement. I agree that unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, any claim or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the subject matter of this Agreement shall be exclusively brought and resolved in a State or Federal court located within the state of Rhode Island.

Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either party to this Agreement, whether arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Fiscal Deposit, is only deemed proper if commenced in District Court for Xxxxxx County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division. The Subdivider expressly waives any right to bring such an action in or to remove such an action to any other court, whether state or federal. The Issuer, by providing a Fiscal Deposit pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, expressly waives any right to bring such an action in or to remove such an action to any other court, whether state or federal.

Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either party to this Agreement whether arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the surety shall be deemed to be proper only if such action is commenced in Circuit Court for Jefferson County unless that Court lacks jurisdiction. The Developer expressly waives its right to bring such action in or to remove such action to any other court, whether state or federal.

Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either party to this Agreement or the Issuer, whether arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Letter of Credit, will be deemed to be proper only if such action is commenced in District Court for Cameron County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the District of Texas, Division. The Subdivider expressly waives any right to bring such an action in or to remove such an action to any other court, whether state or federal. The Issuer, by providing a Letter of Credit pursuant to the terms of-this Agreement, expressly waives any right to bring such an action in or to remove such an action to any other court, whether state or federal.
Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either Party to this Agreement whether arising out of or relating to this Agreement, Letter of Credit, Performance Bond, Disbursement Agreement, or Cash Bond will be deemed to be proper only if action is commenced in the Third District Court for Summit County, Utah. The Developer expressly waives his right to remove such action to any other court.
Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. The parties hereto consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located within Gallatin County, Montana for any action arising hereunder.
Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either party to this Agreement whether arising out of or relating to the Agreement or Financial Assurance shall be commenced in Circuit Court for St. Croix County. Developer expressly waives its right to bring such action in or to remove such action to any other court whether state or federal.
Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. The Parties waive any objection to venue and consent to the personal jurisdiction of the federal courts of the Northern District of California or, if those courts lack subject matter jurisdiction, to the Superior Court for the State of California in the county of Santa Clara, California, in any action to enforce the ADR Procedures or any order or award entered thereunder, or the provisional or interim remedies provided for herein.
