Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) under the SIAC Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.

If the two (2) appointed arbitrators are unable to agree on a third (3rd) arbitrator, the third (3rd) arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules.
Any such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre under the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force.
The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules for the time being in force, and the language of the arbitration shall be in English.
