SIAC Rules definition

SIAC Rules means the arbitration rules of the SIAC;
SIAC Rules bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 15.2;
SIAC Rules is defined in Clause 10.3.1.

  • Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) under the SIAC Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.

  • The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the SIAC Rules for the time being in force, and the language of the arbitration shall be in English.
