Representative Member definition

Representative Member has the meaning given to that term by the GST Law.

Representative Member means a person specified under clause 2 and nominated under clause 4.1.

Representative Member means an individual nominated to act on behalf of a Member Organisation pursuant to Article 3(1).

Examples of Representative Member in a sentence

• Any reference in this clause to an Input Tax Credit to which a party is entitled includes an Input Tax Credit arising from a Creditable Acquisition by that party but to which the Representative Member of a GST Group of which the party is a member is entitled.

• If any Party is entitled to payment of any costs or expenses by way of reimbursement or indemnity, the payment must exclude any part of that cost or expense which is attributable to GST for which that Party or the Representative Member of any GST Group of which that Party is a Member is entitled to an Input Tax Credit.

• If either party has the right under this document to be reimbursed or indemnified by another party for a cost incurred in connection with this document, that reimbursement or indemnity excludes any GST component of that cost for which an Input Tax Credit may be claimed by the party being reimbursed or indemnified, or by its Representative Member, Joint Venture Operator or other similar person entitled to the Input Tax Credit (if any).

• The President and President-Elect must be a Full Member, Associate Member, Manufacturers’ Representative Member, Life Member, or Retiree Member of the Chapter.

• In this clause, Adjustment Note, GST, GST Group, Input Tax Credit, Member, Recipient, Representative Member, Supply and Tax Invoice have the meanings given in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).

More Definitions of Representative Member

Representative Member means a member of a Local Club appointed by said Club as its representative at Province or Area Meetings of the RCCC;
