General Release means a release of all claims that Executive, and anyone who may succeed to any claims of Executive, has or may have against Orion, its board of directors, any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or any of their employees, directors, officers, employees, agents, plan sponsors, administrators, successors (including the Successor), fiduciaries, or attorneys, including but not limited to claims arising out of Executive’s employment with, and termination of employment from, the Company, but excluding claims for (i) severance payments and benefits due pursuant to this Agreement and (ii) any salary, bonus, equity, accrued vacation, expense reimbursement and other ordinary payments or benefits earned or otherwise due with respect to the period prior to the date of any Separation from Service. The General Release shall be in a form that is reasonably acceptable to the Company or the Board.

General Release means a general release of claims, including without limitation all employment and termination claims, if any, in favor of the Company and its affiliates in the form and substance provided by the Company, provided that, if the Grantee has an employment agreement with the Company that specifies a form of general release, then such general release will be used (as conformed to include the benefits hereunder, if any) as the General Release.

General Release means the General Release and Acknowledgment attached hereto as Exhibit A.

General Release means a release of any and all claims against FairMarket and related persons and entities: (i) in a form identical to or substantially the same as the release attached as Exhibit A hereto, provided, however, that FairMarket reserves the right to change any provision concerning notice and revocation to conform to legal requirements; or (ii) any other form of general release acceptable to FairMarket.

General Release means a general release of claims in favor of the Company and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, in such standard form as the Company may adopt from time to time.

General Release means an agreement whereby the Employee (i) releases all claims against the Whitestone Entities relating to the Employee’s employment and termination thereof, and (ii) agrees to continue to comply with, and be bound by, the provisions of Section 9 hereof. Such General Release shall contain only customary provisions, including customary exclusions, and may not impose any additional post‑termination obligations or restrictions on Executive that are not already expressly described herein. In addition, such release shall not require a release of the Employee’s right to indemnification under law, the Company’s governance documents, or any indemnification agreement that may be in effect for the benefit of such Employee.

General Release means (i) a release of the Regency Entities, in such form as the Company may reasonably request, of all claims against the Regency Entities relating to the Employee’s employment and termination thereof, and (ii) an agreement to continue to comply with, and be bound by, the provisions of Section 16 hereof.
