Company Representative definition

Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
Company Representative has the meaning assigned to the termpartnership representative” in Section 6223 of the Code and any Treasury Regulations or other administrative or judicial pronouncements promulgated thereunder.
Company Representative means any of the Company, any Subsidiaries of the Company, or any director, officer, agent, employee, representative, consultant, or any other person acting for or on behalf of the foregoing (individually and collectively).

  • At all times during the term of this Agreement and thereafter, Consultant shall keep in confidence and trust and shall not use or disclose any Proprietary Information or anything relating to it without the prior written consent of the Company Representative, except as may be necessary in the ordinary course of performing the Services.

  • In addition, subject to the prior written approval of the Company Representative, the Company will pay or reimburse Consultant for all reasonable travel-related expenses incurred by Consultant in attending meetings and like events requested by the Company and any other expenses approved by the Company Representative in advance.

Company Representative means any one of the persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Issuer and the Trustee containing the specimen signatures of such persons and signed on behalf of the Company by the President or any Vice President of the Company.
