Company Representative definition

Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.
Company Representative has the meaning assigned to the termpartnership representative” in Section 6223 of the Code and any Treasury Regulations or other administrative or judicial pronouncements promulgated thereunder.
Company Representative means any one of the persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Issuer and the Trustee containing the specimen signatures of such persons and signed on behalf of the Company by the President or any Vice President of the Company.
