Graphic Designer. Graphic Designer at a minimum will have a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or other related discipline and six years of experience. Experience required incudes design layout skills, the ability to conceptualize a wide range of designs, and attention to detail. Will be able to illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics. Will possess a thorough knowledge of current design programs and desktop publishing software. Knowledge of industry and government standards.
Graphic Designer. The Contractor will provide a (project manager/technical lead) to interact with the designated personnel from the State to insure a smooth transition to the new system. The project manager/technical lead will coordinate all of the activities of the Contractor personnel assigned to the project and create all reports required by State. The Contractor's project manager/technical lead responsibilities include, at a minimum: • Manage all defined Contractor responsibilities in this Scope of Services. • Manage Contractor’s subcontractors, if any • Develop the project plan and schedule, and update as needed • Serve as the point person for all project issues • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day project activities of the project team • Assess and report project feedback and status • Escalate project issues, project risks, and other concerns • Review all project deliverables and provide feedback • Proactively propose/suggest options and alternatives for consideration • Utilize change control procedures • Prepare project documents and materials • Manage and report on the project’s budget The Contractor will provide sufficient qualified staffing to satisfy the deliverables of this Statement of Work. For any project SOW bid through this pre-qualification program the contractor will also submit the following: The contractor must submit a letter of commitment for Key Personnel, signed by the identified resource, stating their commitment to work for the contractor/subcontractor on this project contingent on award of the bid. If the identified personnel are currently assigned to a State project the contractor must provide a letter signed by the State Project Manager releasing the individual from the project upon execution of the contract. The Contractor will provide, and update when changed, an organizational chart indicating lines of authority for personnel involved in performance of this Contract and relationships of this staff to other programs or functions of the firm. This chart must also show lines of authority to the next senior level of management and indicate who within the firm will have prime responsibility and final authority for the work.
