Technical Information. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.
Technical Information. The Employer shall make available to the Union on request, information required by the Union, such as positions in the bargaining unit, job classifications, wage rates, pension and welfare plans.

The Employer agrees to provide to the Association the following information relating to employees in the bargaining unit required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes: • list of employees and status; • gender; • job titles; • job descriptions; • wage rates; • seniority list or service dates; • summary of benefit plans (medical, dental, wage indemnity, pension, etc.) The Association may request other information it requires from the Employer.
Technical Information. Xxxxxx agrees not to assert any claim (other than a claim for patent infringement) with respect to any technical information that Seller has disclosed or may hereafter disclose to Buyer in connection with the goods or services covered by the Purchase Order.
Technical Information. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, Provider supplied CPS’s Department of Information Technology Services (“ITS”) with information regarding its Product, including but not limited to the security and technical environment (collectively “Technical Information”). Provider is required to advise the Board’s ITS Program Manager if the Technical Information for any Product(s) or Program(s) changes in any way during the Term of this Agreement, including any Renewal Terms. Any changes that, in the Board’s sole determination, do not result in the disqualification of the Products shall be documented by completion of a Change Order of Technical Information, a template of which is attached and incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit A that will be signed by the Board’s Chief Teaching & Learning Officer and the Board’s ITS Program Manager, or a designee for each, and Provider’s authorized representative and then made a part of this Agreement. No other terms or conditions of this Agreement may be changed via the Change Order for Technical Information and any attempt to do so shall be void. Changes that result in the disqualification of the Product shall be documented in a written amendment to this Agreement signed by the Board’s Chief Teaching & Learning Officer and the Provider’s authorized representative and approved by the Board’s General Counsel.
Technical Information. 39.01 Notwithstanding Article 37, Clause 37.01, the Employer shall make available to the Union, upon written request and within a time period mutually agreed by the parties, information pertaining to bargaining unit employees which may reasonably be required, which is necessary for the collective bargaining process and/or the administration of the Collective Agreement.

(a) The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such public information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes. The Union recognizes the need for confidentiality of certain information prior to announcements by the Provincial Government, and such information is excluded from the operation of this clause.

Upon written request from the Union, within ten (10) working days or as soon as possible thereafter, the Employer shall make available to the Union any information required by the Union such as budgets and financial statements, job descriptions, postings in the bargaining unit, job classifications, wage rates, a breakdown of point ratings in job evaluation, and employee benefit plan, required for collective bargaining purposes.
Technical Information. The Corporation agrees to provide the Union with available information relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be requested by the Union during collective bargaining, subject to such information not being harmful to the business interests of the Corporation.
Technical Information. The Employer and the Union agree to exchange such information as: job descriptions, positions in the bargaining unit, job classifications, wage rates, pension, and welfare plans.
