Youth Programs. Use of youth employees through Youth Programs shall be at the discretion of the Employer and is outside the scope of this Agreement. Use of youth employees shall not result in the displacement of bargaining unit employees.

Youth Programs. For School Groups shall be excluded from the definition of a performance in Clauses 9.03 (a) and 9.03 (b). All work relating to Youth Programs shall be remunerated on an hourly basis. A maximum of four (4) consecutive hours may be worked for Youth Programs. A presentation shall be a Youth Program if it is for audiences of High School age or younger, if the period of time from the scheduled commencement of the performance to the final curtain is no longer than one and one-half (1 ½) hours and if the majority of the audience for the run is composed of school groups, or if tickets are sold to the general public but the Parties and the Union have agreed that the presentation is for audience development and educational purposes If a Youth Program is altered for sale to the general public and, as a result, no longer qualifies as a Youth Program for that performance – the provisions of Clause 9.03 (a) or 9.03 (b) shall apply for that performance.
Youth Programs. The Partner Group may not provide programs for youth under the age of 18, without a DPR employee present at all times. Only DPR employees with background checks may supervise activities with youth.

Youth Programs as used in this Agreement, refers to the Federal program for at-risk children served through various programs operated by the National Guard.
Youth Programs. 4 reservations ($100) is the minimum for an event to be reserved for a partner youth organization.  A minimum non‐refundable deposit of $100 is required to be made at least 6 weeks prior to the event to hold campsites for the event.  Maximum payment for a youth group event will be $200 (i.e. eight reservations), any additional reservations will be free of charge and fees up to 20 reservations.  A reservation is defined by the number of 6‐person tents used. For a youth group, typically 4‐5 adolescents per tent.
