Organizational Chart definition
Organizational Chart shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.31 hereof.
Organizational Chart means the chart attached hereto as Exhibit D which shows all persons or entities having an ownership interest in Borrower and in the SPE Equity Owner.

Organizational Chart means the organizational chart attached hereto as Exhibit L that sets forth the direct and indirect ownership interests in Borrower and the Upstream Owners.
Organizational Chart. The organizational chart attached as Schedule IV hereto, relating to Borrowers and certain Affiliates and other parties, is true, complete and correct on and as of the date hereof.

The Organizational Chart shall include the following footnote “No individuals or entities not shown on the Organizational Chart own a twenty-five percent (25%) or greater aggregate, direct or indirect, beneficial ownership interest in Borrower (and/or Guarantor, if applicable) and no non-U.S. individual or entity own more than a ten percent (10%), direct or indirect, beneficial ownership interest in Borrower (and/or Guarantor, if applicable).”
Organizational Chart means the organizational chart relating to the Loan Parties attached hereto as Schedule “M”;
