Examples of The Gallery in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, until The Gallery issues a Letter of Acceptance, an Order message, or Purchase Order, this document (i) is not a contract and shall in no way be construed as creating any legally binding obligation to purchase any Goods and/or Service from any Supplier; and (ii) shall not be construed as providing or implying that a contract will be entered into with any supplier.
