Technical Lead definition

Technical Lead has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.4.
Technical Lead means an individual who is the technical lead of the Independent Testing Laboratory who has been awarded an earned Bachelor of Science degree or an earned advanced degree from an accredited academic institution in:
